Well here we are yet again. Another week over and another just beginning.
The postings are fair adding up. At the last count we’ve reached number 274.
I was struggling what to write this week as inspiration has either taken a holiday or just couldn’t be arsed whispering in my ear.
Emma was pissed off. She hadn’t seen him since he got out of jail after doing a weekender. He’d been huckled for theft and fighting with the security guard who caught him. She knew Sean’s logic only too well. Getting done for the theft was fair enough but the fighting was the guards fault for catching him.

Well another week over and a new one is just about to begin.
I have sworn quite a bit this week. And you should have heard Diane! The oaths that lady doesn’t know are not worth knowing.
You know that phrase about ‘My giddy aunt’? Well, Diane adds the reason for the old dear’s giddyness.
I hate that eleventh step. It’s the darkest one. It always has been. I remember noticing it when I was around twelve years old but I couldn’t say anything, not to my parents.
I blamed them. I thought when they died it would leave me alone. It didn’t.
I’ve suffered that step for forty years now. But I don’t think I’ll need to for much longer.
Well here we are at week 272. We thought it best as week 271 was last week and using that again would just be pish.
The weeks are fair flying in. We’re nearly half a year in.

It’s difficult to get inspiration at this time.
Well I suppose it’s not but what is overkill should never inspire and be avoided at all costs.
Daniel planed the final piece of timber. A few more shavings and he knew that it would fit. He wasn’t happy with one section so he spent another minute sanding it.
He admired his work.
The other two stood on plinths. He never considered himself arrogant. They were beautiful and in perfect proportion.
Well here we are at Week 270.
I heard the best example of the pot calling the kettle black this week.
There was some Politician or another (They are all the same to me) stating that we should never believe what we read in the papers. I agree but he did have more cheek than ten arses to say anything about believability.
“Err…Ladies and Gentlemen…The Groom.”
The wee mousey man backed away out the door. The groom stood up championing Sports Direct and eating a Gregg’s sausage roll.

I know that a lot of people have read the classics and even more have claimed to have read them but I’m not one. If Dracula is classed as a classic, I have read that. I was forced to read ‘1984’ and ‘Of Mice And Men’ along with ‘Macbeth’. I think these books are what put me off seeking out more ‘classics’.
