Well here we are at Week 243.
I was watching The World Athletic Championships on Sunday.
Qatar doesn’t do spectator sport very well. The final of the Woman’s 100 meters was a brilliant race and it did your heart proud to watch the athletes perform to the best of their abilities. Off the top of my head, I can think of at least twenty pubs that aren’t here anymore and that is even sadder.
I miss all the pubs and one shop. ‘Drawrite’, was a stationers.

It is a sad time when there is more horror in reality than there is in any of our imaginations.
Our thoughts go out to anyone caught up in the atrocities in Ohio and Texas.

Another seven days have come and gone.
