Reading this story seems to have puzzled and delighted Leila in equal measure. Good fiction can do that to a person – She left it by the bottom of the Dungeon steps along with a note saying she was off to split some skulls!!

n.b. the year she refers to here is the abomination that was 2020 – Leila keeps us well supplied with Reruns and at one per week we are often just a bit behind.

Leila rang the discovery bell outside the dungeon door and we were delighted to find this piece on the step. Maybe having a rerun will encourage Nik to submit another piece, it’s been too long a wait:

Leila was seen on the battlements at midnight. We tried to tempt her down for food but no – Instead she handed over this piece by a quirky and interesting author who turns out fascinating little slice of life stories. This is what she said:

We tried to encourage Leila out of the dungeons for a while over the festive season but no, she was determined to carry on rootling around. She did present us with this piece by our old friend James. This is what she said:

Leila has chosen a piece by an author who has been with us from the beginning and actually before that in the site where we all met. This is what she said:

Leila has brought a big grin to my face by choosing this piece for a Rerun. I read it over again, it’s a while since I wrote it and – though I freely admit it has glitches it did make me smile. This is what she said:-

Okay – I’ll hold my hands up and admit that I’ve screwed up and missed out today when setting up the reruns. So, because I do like to give rerunners the chance to consider and answer the questions I will – if you will indulge me use one that Leila chose and I set up for some way down the line. I’m not so much jumping the queue as plugging the gap.
