Dwyer has been writing all her life, since the age of six, when she foolishly attempted a novel. Since then, she has written two novels; one that she now realizes in her inexperienced state she needs to re-edit, and is currently putting the finishing touches on another. Dwyer has published some poetry in journals over the years and has two MFAs in the fields of English. Her work has moved at a slower pace than she foresaw early in life due to some health issues. But nothing will ever keep her from writing. She is ramping up the pace.
Dwyer was born and raised in Southern California, but please do not let that deter you!
