Lee began writing fiction in 2012 and left the corporate world to write full time in late 2017. He has been shortlisted by the HG Wells short fiction prize in 2013, 2015 and 2021 and has had over thirty pieces published either online or in print. He has featured in several anthologies including the national award-winning ‘GREEN’ (2020) and has also been published in the Irish ‘Blue-Nib’ (2020) and Paris based ‘Le Menteur’ (2021) literary magazines.
His latest pieces (‘Ham, Egg and Chips’ and ‘Suggests the Night’) are published in the print anthology ‘Masks’ (December 2021) and the inaugural issue of the literary journal ‘Gothic Seaside’ (January 2022). ‘Jack in the Green’ was published on the ‘Literally Stories’ website in June 2022.
He is currently working on his fourth and fifth novels and looking for an agent.
