R. R. Setari has a bachelor’s degree in English and Writing from Georgia Southern University, as well as a Doctorate in Education from University of Kentucky. She is a BIPOC emerging author of flash fiction and mysteries. Her writing is greatly influenced by the works of Edgar Allan Poe and her time living in dark dense cities. She currently resides in the lowcountry of South Carolina.
