A.V. Pankov was born in the western Siberian town of Omsk. He grew up and studied journalism in Dublin before going on to work for the Irish Daily Mirror and then The Irish Sun. His work – literary and journalistic – has been featured in The Irish Times, Blue Earth Review, Mulberry Literary, State of Matter magazine and more.
