Dylan Ng is, first and foremost, supposed to be a university student. However, he isn’t sure what that means and where that puts him now, amongst the masses and masses of university students that are currently enrolled worldwide. He also isn’t sure where his studies will put him, given the state of both the job market and himself. What he is sure of is that his writing is amateur; his only publication as of 2025 is in a student magazine which various social media sites sometimes don’t let you search for, as it shares a name with a terrorist organisation (though to clarify, it was named after a colloquial nickname for a section of the River Thames, long before the terrorist organisation came about). None of this, however, will stop him from trying to get his work out there — all in the hope that his writing will evoke something in someone, whether that’s a thought, a feeling, or something slightly more poignant than overwhelming indifference.
