Karl Luntta spent twelve years in Africa and the South Pacific with the US Peace Corps and other organizations, and is a former university media relations director. He’s published fiction in journals including International Quarterly, Baltimore Review, Kalahari Review, Hawai’i Pacific Review, Shorts Magazine, and Toronto Review, and is the author of the novel “Know it By Heart” (Northwestern University Press/Curbstone, Chicago) and short story collection “Swimming” (SUNY Press, Albany, NY).
