Lê, Akio

Akio Lê is a short story writer and poet who is currently studying at Goldsmiths, University of London. Despite spending most of his childhood in Canada, he still regards his birthplace of Vietnam with great affection. He has previously published prose and poetry alike for the Edmonton Journal with a production review of Chicago, the Magpie Journal with the poem ‘The Two Samurai’, and GoldLeaf Magazine with the serial Frankenstein’s Narcissus and the poem ‘My Half-rhyme Girl’. His writing often investigates the delicate nature of relationships and the sensitivities of misunderstood minds.
