Héctor Hernández lives just outside the sprawling metropolis of Los Angeles. He received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, which he put to good use for nearly 27 years. He is now retired and writes when inspiration demands his attention. His short stories have appeared in several publications, each time a pleasant surprise.
