Crehan, Paul

Paul Crehan is a decent man with decent intentions—which makes it hard to understand
why he’s found himself running away from the LAPD with a passel of gang members, and why he nearly got an Academy Award-winning director shot, and why he totaled a famous comedian’s car. All of this on a single Tuesday. Before lunch. He’s kidding. It was all by 6pm.

He supposes there was some good that he did as a vice-president of development for broadcast documentary programming. He just can’t think of it at the moment.

His first novel, Susan Benda, is the winner of the 2024 Skywave Fiction competition and
is forthcoming from High Frequency Press. His short stories have been variously honored, a couple of them anthologized. He is thrilled to have his story, Felicia, published here at literally stories.

He hates zucchini. That may be worth mentioning.
