T.C. (Tim) Barrera is a writer and filmmaker originally from Los Angeles, California, currently based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. By trade, he’s a filmmaker who works in independent and studio productions and has done so since 2016. Beginning his full-time work in filmmaking straight out of high-school, he never attended university. Instead, he received an informal education from working around creatives, filmmakers, and fellow writers all the way from grassroots independents to notable names like Francis Ford Coppola as a department head on his most recent film, Megalopolis. Largely, his literary work has gone unsubmitted and unpublished, though he’s soon to appear in an online edition of the Laguna Beach, California based publication, Third Street Review.
