Robinson, David

David Robinson is a retired U.S. Senior Foreign Service Officer.  His diplomatic career spanned more than three decades, much of it in developing countries and conflict zones, including El Salvador, Bosnia and Afghanistan, and managing global refugee operations at the State Department.  His first tour of duty was as a Consular Officer in the Dominican Republic.  Dave retired from the State Department in 2017 after serving as Assistant Secretary of State for Conflict and Stabilization Operations.  He now lives in Bethlehem, New Hampshire, and spends his time hiking, skiing and playing with his grandchildren.
