Rabbi Steven Lebow (Atlanta, GA) has spent a quarter century defending gay and human rights. In the 1980’s he was the first rabbi to perform same sex ceremonies in the Deep South, which earned him and his family many death threats.

Rabbi Lebow’s life and work have been profiled in The New York Times and the Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal and The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. NPR and CNN.

Rabbi Lebow’s science fiction and horror stories have appeared in “Aphelion Magazine of Fantasy and Science Fiction” and “Infernal Ink”. His most recent scholarly article is “Separation-Individuation And Oedipal Motifs In The Book Of Genesis” (Journal of Reform Rabbis).
