Fara Ling has been published in The Claremont Review (Canada) and the 2017 inaugural Georgetown Literary Fringe Festival (Malaysia). She also founded and edited a literary zine for teenagers named Lit Allsorts. As a baby, she devoured page corners by the mouthful, but later learned to ingest words in a more socially acceptable manner. After a decade of homeschooling, Fara left Malaysia to begin her undergraduate degree in dance and psychology. The plan is to continue writing — for as long as her fingers can hold a pencil or type — “what should not be forgotten,” in Isabel Allende’s words.
